INVEST IN LATAM S.A.  presents its user policy which should be reviewed by all clients and visitors, referring to the service use, network and/or systems or programs (“Services”) property of INVEST IN LATAM S.A.

READ CAREFULLY THIS USER POLICY BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE. By using the site of INVEST IN LATAM S.A.  you accept this user policy. If you don’t accept those terms don’t use the site of INVEST IN LATAM S.A.  . INVEST IN LATAM S.A.  reserves the right, to its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove parts of the present terms in every moment. The subscriber should check regularly if those terms have changed. The continued use of the site of INVEST IN LATAM S.A.   after the implementation of changes to the present terms will imply the acceptation of those changes.


Sale Policy

Process: The client must register for the event of interest through the Energyear website. Registrations come directly to the email info@latamobility.com where they will be processed and will be confirmed by email.

The client won’t be registered until registration and payment have been processed. Once done a registration confirmation will be sent. All registrations not paid within a delay of 5 days will be cancelled. If during the day of the event the client payment hasn’t been processed the client won’t be allowed to attend the event.

Payments can be made via our virtual TPV provided by PayU using Visa and MasterCard or via bank transfer to the specified account or Paypal.

Return Policy

The client can claim a payment return for his registration according to the following terms and conditions:

Cancellations must be notified by writing an email to info@latamobility.com . We won’t accept cancellations notified via other means. In this email the client has to indicate all the registration data including name, surname, date, contact information and bank account number BIC/IBAN/SWIFT

Payment return conditions are the following:

  • Cancellations until 15 days to the event date will be reimbursed at 50% to cover administrative and management processing fees.
  • Cancellations with less than 15 days to the event date won’t be reimbursed

Payment returns will be processed within 30 working days post event by electronic transfer to the person who made the payment.

Substitution Policy

If a registered individual can’t attend the event anymore he can be substituted by a colleague from the same organization if notice is sent at least 4 days before the event.
In any case the new person attending should register and ask for the change at info@latamobility.com

Cancellation Policy

The organizers reserve the right to postpone or cancel an event if there are not enough registered participants or if speakers for important and justified reasons can’t attend anymore.
Registrations payment will be entirely reimbursed without the possibility of any other kind of compensations.
